RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
How do I return / exchange an item?
We make it as easy as possible to return or exchange products from us. Should you need to do this, please contact our main office at one of the following contacts so they can go over the next steps to assist you with this process:

Limitations on Returns or Exchanges:
ALL items to be returned and/or exchanged must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on ANY chemicals or electrical components sold. We do this in an attempt to protect our clients’ well-being from potentially receiving chemicals or equipment that has potentially been tampered with.
‘Large Ticket Items’ including but not limited to, Hot Tubs, Patio Furniture, Swim Spas, Gazebos, Pools, etc.. are considered final sales.
Lifestyles Hot Tubs and its Management has the discretion to approve or deny the return or exchange of any of these items as it deems necessary, or to provide service as the warranty provided by the manufacturer for these items requires.
Return Processing Times:
All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase to be considered and must accompany the original purchase receipt. Orders beyond 30 days from the date of purchase will not be considered for return and/or exchange unless it is being considered for a warranty or defect through Lifestyles Management.
Once Lifestyles has received a return and has verified it to be in original condition and not an item that has been tampered with, Lifestyles typically processes the return within 7-10 business days. Processing time for refunds/returns may vary depending on the form of payment used at the time of the purchase and also will vary depending on the processing times for the bank, card, or company the return is being processed back to.
